Score a Base token's risk before an agent trades it

Use before an agent buys, routes to, swaps or holds a Base token: a scored risk verdict - honeypot simulation, buy and sell tax, owner and mint privileges, verified source, liquidity, holder count and 24h volume - with a 0-100 safety score and named red flags.
