Fetch official Irish statistics for a CSO table

Irish statistics (CSO) - Irish official statistics from the CSO (Central Statistics Office) PxStat API: latest periods and values with dimension labels. Call by series name - unemployment, house-prices, new-dwellings (housing supply), employment (labour force), cpi (consumer price index and inflation), vehicles (new vehicle registrations), trade, gdp (gross domestic product and national accounts) - or by any CSO table id such as CPM01, MUM01, HPM06, NDQ01, QLF01, TEA01, TSA02, NAQ03.
