Edit a table or move it to another section

Updates only supplied fields on this table. sectionId moves the table to another section of the same venue, keeping its prefix and number and carrying its place to that section's floor plan; prefix changes the identifier's prefix and keeps the number. Returns CONFLICT with refusal numberTaken when a table of the section it ends in already holds the prefix and number it ends with, and with refusal planFull when the target section's floor plan has no free cell. Returns BAD_REQUEST with refusal sectionRequired when sectionId is null: a table always stays in a section, so pass the target section's id instead; and with refusal prefixNeedsSection when a prefix would land on a table with no section, so pass sectionId with the prefix.
