Duplicate a creative

Changed on

Copies a creative into a new draft named "<name> (copy)": same type, content, styling, languages, Destination, distribution and schedule, with no counts. A survey Destination that can no longer be one is left out of the copy, which then carries a destinationMissing warning. Works on archived creatives too; the copy isn't archived. Read/write access to the creative's workspace; an unknown or inaccessible creativeId answers 403.
