Delete a creative

Deletes a creative and its Impression and Click counts for good. Survey displays and responses it opened keep the creative they recorded. Read/write access to its workspace; an unknown or inaccessible creativeId answers 403. To set a creative aside and keep its counts, archive it instead. Deleting the last creative that opens a live app survey with no actions of its own succeeds; that survey then shows nowhere until a creative or an action opens it again.
