Parent-team members annotated against the class roster (in_class, is_class_teacher) and their school Member Type (school_role: admin | teacher | member). Parent admins get the full list (q optional); teachers must pass q and only get matches (is_restricted: true)

Search text matched (in memory) against first_name/last_name/email. Optional for parent-team owners/admins; REQUIRED (min length enforced in-service) for class admins who are not parent owner/admin — i.e. teachers, who never see the full school roster.
