Get Admin Stats
Get comprehensive admin statistics.
Sync (def) so FastAPI runs it in its threadpool — a cold-cache fill on this handler used to block the event loop for ~3.5s and queue every other in-flight request behind it (observed post-hotfix-76 2026-05-30). No awaits in the body, so the conversion is mechanical.
