Post Quality Samples
Accept a batch of audio quality windows.
Queued, not written here (app.core.deferred). The client discards the response body entirely, so there is nothing for it to wait on.
The rate limit is deliberately close to the real cadence: the client flushes once a minute, so ten a minute leaves room for a teardown flush and a retry and stops a loop from writing thousands of rows.
