Upload an image attached in a 1:1 DM or a channel to the PRIVATE, 30-day-auto-expiring chat bucket. Returns a stable gs:// ref (store this in the message's metadata.image_ref) plus a short-lived signed URL for the sender's immediate display. Max 8MB; JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF/HEIC (converted).
