Change a trip's details — title, dates (YYYY-MM-DD), pace (strict | casual | fun), cities in order and nights per city, leaving from. Undoable: it is snapshotted first (undo_plan_change puts it back). Over the REST API send "expectedVersion" (from get_trip_state) so a newer plan is never overwritten. Only the trip's owner.
