Create a real, private trip for the traveller (the same as New plan in the app; the plan limit of their subscription applies). Cities in order, optional dates (YYYY-MM-DD) and pace (strict | casual | fun). Then add their saved places with update_trip_stops and read the day plan with build_trip_plan. Repeating the same request with the same Idempotency-Key never makes a second trip.
