Resolve SharePoint drive item IDs to Findable document IDs

Maps Microsoft Graph drive item IDs (SharePoint list item driveItem id) to Findable document records in a building, for use with Ask attached_document_ids. Each id may be a file or a folder; folder ids expand to all synced documents under that folder subtree in Findable.
