Resolve Findable document IDs for Ask SharePoint citations

Returns display fields and optional SharePoint sync metadata (Graph drive item id and stored SharePoint metadata). Each document is authorised with document-level read; documents must belong to the building owner in the URL (customerId). Omits documents the caller cannot read, that are missing, or that belong to another building owner.
