Update a company tracker list. Supports replace-all (trackingRules) or granular (addRules/removeRuleIds) rule management — but not both in one request. Adding a premium rule (marked isPremium in GET /tracker/rules) makes the list bill at a minimum per-entity rate — see your plan's pricing for rates.

maxDynamicMembersinteger nullable

For dynamic lists only: update the maximum number of companies to keep in the list. Lowering it applies going forward (the refresh stops adding past the new cap; existing over-cap members are not evicted). Ignored for static lists.

removeRuleIdsstring[] nullable

Rule IDs to remove. Cannot be used with trackingRules.
