Explain ML predictions (VAE + LSTM RUL)
Return per-feature breakdown of the current anomaly score (VAE reconstruction error per feature) alongside the LSTM RUL gradient × input saliency (which feature drove the prediction). Designed so NOC engineers can answer "why is this port flagged?" at a glance.
