Force re-calibration of the conformal null distribution

Rebuilds the conformal calibration set (sampling normal optical readings from the last lookback_minutes). Calibration is otherwise auto-cached for 1h, or invalidated earlier when the online exchangeability test fires. The response carries the post-rebuild shift status (window reset, last_reset_reason = recalibrated).
