Ingest NVSentinel health events (webhook / Event Exporter sink)

Accepts a JSON list or object in any of: raw HealthEvent; HealthEvents{version, events[]}; CloudEvents com.nvidia.nvsentinel.health.v1 (NVSentinel Event Exporter sink — point its sink.endpoint here); a PostgreSQL health_events row/document; a HealthEventResource CRD. Events are stored in ClickHouse hikari.gpu_health_events (TTL 30 d) and classified (gpu_driver_unresponsive / nic_wedge / ib_chardev_missing / power_brake / other).
