AI Assistant Status

Check whether the natural language query interface is configured. Returns {configured, model, agent_configured, agent_model, row_limit, timeout_sec} plus a provider block {provider, on_prem, base_url, auth, llm, not_configured_hint}. provider is anthropic (cloud Claude, needs ANTHROPIC_API_KEY) or openai_compat (on-prem vLLM/Ollama/llama.cpp/SGLang/TGI, needs FIBER_LLM_BASE_URL); on_prem is true for the latter, and llm.model + base_url render as e.g. "on-prem: Qwen3.8-27B @ http://vllm:8000/v1". not_configured_hint is the exact operator-facing reason when configured: false. No secret is ever returned — auth is only a boolean saying whether a credential is present.
