Poll an animation

Status of a render you submitted. queued / processing mean keep polling; completed carries the video url (a signed URL — download promptly); failed means the tokens were refunded. A 503 with status: unknown means the provider could not be reached for the moment — the render is untouched and still charged; retry after retry_after_seconds. Only your own renders are visible.
