Start Bulk Upload
Enqueue uploads for multiple recordings in one call.
Returns 400 when the upload feature is not fully configured (destination missing or key template invalid). Per-folder errors (invalid path, missing directory) are reported as failed entries inside results without aborting the rest of the batch.
