List or select extra baggage and meals for a prepared flight booking

action 'list' returns the baggage and meal options with prices per passenger for the prepared session; action 'select' with selections[] (option_id, passenger index, n) adds them and returns the accepted and rejected items and the new totals. Seats are chosen on the website payment page.
