Cancellation charges and refund estimate

For a booking identified by its reference and the email or phone used on it: whether it can be cancelled, the fee lines (supplier charge, FareEagle fee, payment gateway fee where applicable), the amount paid, the refund estimate and a verified manage_url where the customer confirms the cancellation. Nothing is cancelled by this call.
