Block a user on behalf of a creator
Block a user on behalf of the specified creator.
Blocking a fan auto-cancels their subscription. When the blocked user is a subscriber, this endpoint cancels their active subscription to the creator (cancellation reason creator_blocked) as part of the block. It also ends the follow between the creator and the user in both directions, and marks the conversation with the blocked user as read. These are existing platform side effects of a block, applied here for parity with the Fanvue app.
Returns 404 if the target user does not exist.
