Delete a creator's media from the vault

Soft-deletes a media item from the specified creator's vault, on-behalf of the creator.

The media is detached from any vault folders and removed from vault listings.
Copies already distributed elsewhere (sent in messages, attached to posts, or
previously purchased) are not affected and remain accessible to their recipients.
