Check plugin for updates

Check plugin {RepoName} for available updates: git fetch in the plugin directory, then the checked-out branch against origin (a pinned sha respected) and the plugin's own scripts/fpp_update_check.sh if it has one. The verdict is written to the shared update state the navbar reads.
