Get Coverage

Per-year ingestion coverage: provenance, source URL, word count, premier.

Reads {schema}.documents (the canonical source-of-truth populated by passages_to_postgres.py). One row per year that has been successfully ingested. Years with no row are silently absent — the dashboard infers "missing" from the gap.
