Get Waitlist Signups

Everyone on the Pro (or given plan) waitlist — name, email, when they joined, and whether they already have a registered account (matched by email). Not all waitlist signups are registered users, so this is a superset of the dot-plot's on_pro_waitlist flag. Admin emails are excluded — they're our own test signups, not real prospects.
