MCP connector usage for the admin dashboard.

Calls are logged one row per tools/call (the only grain the server sees — a fan-out of N calls in one LLM turn is N rows), so totalCalls is inflated by fan-out; lead with activeUsers and approxSessions (calls bucketed into bursts more than five minutes apart) for a per-question feel.
