Rename a machine

Renames a machine identified by its public_id (JSON body). The new name is trimmed and must then be 1 to 128 characters (422 otherwise). 404 if the machine is not owned by the caller. Cookie callers must pass CSRF.

This is a write: a read-only API key is refused with 403.
