Receive Inbound

Resend Inbound ("email.received") webhook: founder mail first, then the outreach reply relay, then the log-only probe.

Fails closed: the signing secret must be set, and the signature must verify (both real consumers act on the content, so an unverified body is untrusted). retry: True from founder mail → 503 so Resend redelivers (nothing stored, the retry isn't deduped away).
