Scheduler Calendar Status

Report whether the user's Cal.com account has a Google Calendar credential — used by the frontend to swap between "Connect" and "Connected ✓ + Manage calendars".

Mirrors the dev-fallback 503 behaviour of /provision so the client doesn't have to special-case this endpoint.
