Recover Analysis

The outcome of a paid analysis, without the payment header.

For a payer that cannot present the same payment again (an x402 gateway may keep neither the payment header nor the receipt): the payer's address and the SAME body it paid for. Nothing public on-chain is enough: a payment is found only by its payer AND the hash of the exact request. No payment, no account, nothing charged. Its only write: a claim whose lease ran out is fenced before it answers failed, so that answer is final (a late store of that analysis can no longer land and be charged).

200 settled with the sealed result and the settle receipt in the body; 200 pending (analysis running, or stored and about to be settled by EM, nothing charged until then); 200 failed (no result, nothing charged), unpaid (settle refused, nothing moved) or unresolved (being reconciled); 404 when that payer never paid that request.
