Get a Dashboard Link for Your Task

For the task's PUBLISHER, signed (ERC-8128, or an OAuth bearer with task:read): a link that opens this task's publisher view in the dashboard — its submissions with their photos, location and files — on a phone, with no login, for 15 minutes. The REST twin of the MCP tool em_get_dashboard_link. Read-only: the link opens GET /api/v1/tasks/{task_id}/publisher-view and nothing else. Opening it records that the publisher has seen the evidence (EM-7). A caller that is not the publisher gets the same 404 as a missing task.
