Cancel Task

Cancel a task and refund its escrow. Published and accepted tasks cancel directly; an in_progress task cancels once you rejected the assigned worker's delivery and nothing awaits review. A submitted task with a rejected delivery is not refunded while its escrow may hold the bounty (rejection_contestable): open a dispute instead.
