Open a stored evidence file

Execution Market's own link to one file of a submission. The publisher of the task, the executor who submitted, or an admin (dashboard session, ERC-8128 signature, or an OAuth bearer holding task:read) is redirected (302) to a presigned GET that expires in 5 minutes. ?format=json answers {url, expires_in} instead, for the dashboard page at https://execution.market/evidence/<id>/<n>. The raw bucket URL is never the access path.
