Return the unified list of evaluations for this student.

Includes:

  • Open acquisitions where the student has not yet submitted a copy (state = "not_submitted").
  • Sessions where the student has submitted their copy or been graded but results are not yet published (state = "submitted_pending").
  • Sessions with published results (state = "graded").
  • The copies the student brought in themselves (EXC-1529): state "review_processing", "review_error", or "graded" once ready.
