Delete a page from the stack: its index joins deleted_pages (which every reader skips), its URL is blanked in place so every other position holds, and its object is erased (EXC-1091 review round 4, C-N2: there is no way to bring a deleted page back, and its object used to stay in S3, attributed to no one).
