Slack Oauth Callback

OAuth redirect target for the Slack install flow.

Public by necessity — Slack sends the user's browser here with no auth headers. CSRF protection is the unguessable state, which we paired with the initiating user_id; an unknown or expired state is treated exactly like a forged one.

Reuses _granola_callback_redirect because the contract it implements is about the BROWSER round-trip (callbackUrl + ?status), not about Granola.
