Granola Oauth Callback

OAuth 2.1 redirect target for Granola's authorize flow.

Public (no Firebase auth) — Granola redirects the user's browser here with no auth headers. CSRF protection comes from the unguessable state token, which we paired with the original user_id when we kicked off the flow.
