Add the card of a finished setup to the organization's cards in this mode, as the default card (kept for older clients: `POST /v1/payment-methods/confirm` chooses). Every automatic charge still due is then retried on it shortly after, in the background; a case on hold for a declined card continues once its costs are paid. Safe to repeat. 409 `setup_incomplete` while the card is not saved yet; in live mode, 409 `live_unavailable` until live full-service cases are switched on
