banking.v1.BalanceService

SeedCapital

Propose a seed of the platform's capital: a transfer that reached a rail's treasury address from outside, PROVEN against the chain, to be booked as the depositor's deposit and subscribed into the fund allocation — units of fund for the person whose money it was. This OPENS A CONSILIUM and books nothing: the chain proves the dollar arrived, it cannot say whose it is, and the first administrator to name a reference must not be the one who decides. The caller must hold an owner seat. The arrival is verified now (same verification as RecordDeposit, against expected_amount); a transfer to a user's deposit address is that user's deposit and is refused (record it with RecordDeposit); the sweep is refused; a reference already recorded is a conflict.

Headers

Connect-Protocol-Version1 required

Define the version of the Connect protocol

Connect-Timeout-Msnumber

Define the timeout, in ms

Request body

networkstring

bep20 | polygon | trc20 | ton — the rail the capital lands on

tx_refstring

txhash:logIndex (EVM) | txhash:recipient (TON) — verified, and the idempotency key

expected_amountstring

REQUIRED, decimal USDT: what the chain must report for this reference. A seed is proposed at a figure the owners approve, not at "whatever the chain says" — a mistyped reference naming some other real transfer fails here, loudly.

depositor_user_idstring

Whose money it is: the person booked as depositor and seated as a holder of fund. A banking (or concierge) user id, resolved the way every admin RPC resolves a target. Empty means the caller — an owner attributing their own transfer.

Response

Success

recordedboolean

always false: the booking is the consilium's execution

amountstring

what the terms carry, decimal USDT — verified against the chain

consilium_idstring

the seed-capital consilium this opened
