Get a token image

Changed on

Returns the managed token image, or the managed defaults/token image when the token image is missing. Default responses use public, max-age=300 even with a version query, and return 404 if the default is unavailable. A request whose v names the token's own current image digest is cached as public, max-age=31536000, immutable; other managed token image requests get public, max-age=3600, stale-while-revalidate=86400.

First 8 hex characters of the image's content digest, as logoURI carries it. Only the current digest earns the year-long immutable cache; any other value, a malformed one included, is ignored and the image is served with the one-hour cache, never an error.
