List changes in a domain

Requires the domain's :read capability or an allowlisted Toolbox session. Without domain (or with domain=all) it lists every domain for a session and the domains a key may read. Without status it lists open proposals, oldest first; with a status (or all), newest first. meta.total is exact. A key may filter by its own key ID only. API-key responses omit operator attribution and other actors' IDs. Token-image rows add their image details. The admin secret is recorded as actorKind=system with actorId=admin-secret; rows from before carry actorKind=admin-secret.

<chainId>:<address>. Keeps the changes whose target is that token, in every domain the reader may read, read by exact keys: price-sources <source>/<chainId>:<address> for every price source; yield-sources <source>/<chainId>:<address> for every yield source configured now; yield-pools and token-images <chainId>:<address>; token-tags rules of type addresses that name the token, <tag>:addresses:<chainId>:<address>; geo rules that apply to the token now (by address, symbol, name or lineage, as on asset-newly-exposed) and open rule proposals that name the token's address; and work-item reviews of the token, <chainId>:<address>, in every domain that records them. Not included: geo rules that were deleted or no longer apply to the token, token tag rules that match by symbol, symbol prefix, symbol fragment or CoinGecko category, and trust entries. Combines with the other filters.
