list current user's chats

Auth: User JWT

Retrieves a list of chats current user is a member of, along with the permitted metadata of these chats and their members, to be displayed in client apps. Each item carries the caller's own muted: boolean for that chat (see PUT/DELETE /v1/chats/my/{chatName}/mute). Private chats also carry e2ee: boolean - fixed for the life of the room (see POST /v1/chats/private).
