Mute a chat for the current user

Auth: User JWT

Mutes a chat the caller is a member of. The flag is stored on the caller's own membership, so other members are not affected. Idempotent. The state is returned as muted on GET /v1/chats/my and GET /v1/chats/my/{chatName}. This is a stored preference only; it does not change push delivery by itself.
