List pentest launches

List the launches dispatched for a pentest.

Restricted to machine callers operating within the pentest's scope.

Args: pentest_id (int): The parent pentest, resolved and access-checked by the router's gate. db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope. query (LaunchListQuery): Filters + pagination query params. pager (Paginator): Fills the response's navigation metadata.

Returns: LaunchListResponse: The authorized launches for the pentest.
