Start a finding retest

Launch a retest job for a finding.

Conflicts (HTTP 409) when a retest is already in progress or the finding is not re-testable, and is rate limited (HTTP 429). Available to any authenticated caller authorized for the pentest.

Args: pentest_slug (str): Public pentest identifier. finding_id (int): Identifier of the finding within the pentest. db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope.

Returns: SuccessResponse: The pre-rename envelope, naming the retest job by its uuid rather than the finding.
