List assets

List assets visible to the caller, filtered and paginated.

Mirrors api-3's PaginatedAssetsFilter (asset_id, organization_id, page, per_page). Authorization scoping is enforced by AssetService; the route only translates transport.

Args: db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope. query (AssetListQuery): Filters + pagination query params. pager (Paginator): Fills the response's navigation metadata.

Returns: AssetListResponse: The authorized, paginated asset list.
