Update an asset (e.g. its tier).

Args: asset_id (int): Primary key of the asset. body (UpdateAssetRequest): Partial asset update payload. db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope.

Returns: SuccessResponse: The pre-rename update envelope.
