Partially updates a user.
⚠️ Deprecation Notice: This endpoint is deprecated. To change a user's role or group access, use PUT /authz2/v1/users/{user_id}. To update profile details, use PUT /authn2/v0/user/{user_id}. Both expect the UUID authn_user_id from GET /authn2/v1/users/, not the integer id from GET /user/.
